The two-year hybrid program delivers in-person and online educational opportunities for peer-learning.
In-Person: Four meetings integrate information, application, and competency enhancement
Virtual: Asynchronous, virtual modules combine content with practice
Strategic Innovation Project: Apply and align learning to organization’s strategic goals
