A National Program for Aspiring Physician Leaders

The Physician Leadership Program is a nine-month immersive program designed to transition physicians into high-performing physician leaders. The program is rooted in the power of peer-learning with core curriculum aligned with health system needs including business acumen, diverse team management, executive presence and deep industry knowledge. Graduates finish the program equipped to lead next-generation health systems and are positioned favorably for The Academy GE Fellows program.
