Ensemble

Ensemble is setting a new standard for revenue cycle management with its “frictionless” model — blending AI, data, and people-first service to eliminate roadblocks across the patient journey. Their approach is already helping hundreds of hospitals see faster payments, stronger margins, and happier patients, with an average 3% boost in net revenue in the first year. Check out their new eBook for a behind-the-scenes look at how they’re transforming the healthcare financial experience.

Qventus

Qventus partnered with HonorHealth to tackle inpatient capacity and surgical throughput challenges. By improving patient flow, they created the equivalent of 84 virtual beds without adding staff or new construction, while avoiding $62M in costs from reduced excess days. Their perioperative partnership delivered a 9.6x ROI, fueled by a 4% case volume increase and more than 2,700 additional surgeries in 2024. Looking ahead, HonorHealth anticipates fewer last-minute cancellations and up to a 50% boost in pre-admission testing (PAT) productivity — all while reducing staff burnout and improving patient access. Caregility

Caregility partnered with Lee Health to launch a Virtual Nursing pilot that delivered both efficiency gains and a 20% boost in patient satisfaction (as reflected in HCAHPS scores). By deploying remote nurses via mobile carts (1:10 nurse-to‑patient ratio) integrated into their Epic EHR, Lee Health slashed order‑to‑discharge times to under two hours and captured over 20 critical “catches” through virtual chart reviews. The program also helped retain experienced nursing staff while enhancing patient connection—and now Lee Health is planning a system-wide rollout. Read more here

US Anesthesia Partners

US Anesthesia Partners teamed up with Apella Healthcare to bring real-time, AI-driven intelligence to the OR. By using ambient cameras and machine learning, they provide a 360-degree view of surgical suites without adding extra staff. This technology helps reduce downtime, eliminate distractions, and optimize operating room readiness and utilization. The result is an improved patient experience and surgical teams that can stay on track and go home on time, with these benefits already visible at several USAP partner hospitals. Read more here
