Employee Resource Groups

The Health Management Academy's employee resource groups (ERGs) are team-member led groups that foster inclusivity and build community. They provide personal and professional support to members and work to create a safe, supportive space for team members who share a common identity. Through collaboration with leadership and the People & Culture team, ERGs work to share feedback on team member experience and activate around topics they care about to help create a more inclusive environment for all.
