The University of Pennsylvania Health System appointed Julia Puchtler as their new chief financial officer. Ms. Puchtler succeeds longtime CFO Keith Kasper, who will become chief administrative officer for the six-hospital system.

Cleveland Clinic has appointed Sarah Hatchett as the new senior vice president, chief information officer. Hatchett has more than 20 years of experience in IT and healthcare leadership.

Kaiser Permanente has named two new C-suite leaders to oversee business development and innovation. Sam Glick will serve as executive vice president for enterprise strategy and business development, while Shelby Decosta has been appointed chief business development officer.
