Counsel Health joins ACCESS with Oura as a front door to Medicare patients

Counsel Health, an AI-native primary care company, will participate in CMS's Advancing Chronic Care with Effective Scalable Solutions (ACCESS) Model under the early cardio-kidney-metabolic (eCKM) track, with Oura as its preferred wearable partner. Starting in early 2027, Counsel will offer no-cost chronic care for hypertension, obesity, hyperlipidemia, and prediabetes to eligible Medicare beneficiaries in nearly all U.S. states.
