2026 New Graduate Nurse Leadership Activation Series

Join us for the 2026 New Graduate Nurse Leadership Activation Series!

In 2025, Nursing Catalyst launched a national benchmarking research study to understand how transition-to-practice supports inflect new graduate nurse (NGN) confidence. With 30+ leading health systems participating and over 2,000 NGN survey responses, this work identified key organizational strengths, vulnerabilities, and critical new graduate support gaps.

In 2026, this work will continue through a three-part New Graduate Nurse Leadership Activation Series. Across sessions, Nursing Catalyst will unpack the drivers of post-residency turnover and intent to stay, help leaders interpret their organization’s benchmarking data, and explore strategies to build NGN confidence and readiness within current and emerging care delivery models.
