The Health Management Academy’s (THMA) Pharmacy Growth Collaborative brings health system pharmacy leaders and select industry executives together for candid discussions on key issues shaping pharmacy strategy. With peer-driven content and a retreat-style setting, this event fosters collaboration and meaningful connections.

THMA’s Pharmacy Growth Collaborative gathers twice each year - once in Spring and once in Fall - for an immersive, retreat-style event. The Pharmacy Growth Collaborative is opening space for additional industry members. We are seeking industry members who can bring important thought leadership and ideas to drive health forward.

The Pharmacy Growth Collaborative (PGC) is a 2.5-day experience designed exclusively for forward-thinking pharmacy executives and their industry partners. Each Forum explores timely challenges and emerging opportunities through peer-driven dialogue, real-world case studies, and strategic insights into the evolving healthcare landscape.
