With peer-driven content and a retreat-style setting, this event fosters collaboration and meaningful connections.

THMA’s Pharmacy Growth Collaborative gathers twice each year—once in Spring and once in Fall—for an immersive, retreat-style event. The Pharmacy Growth Collaborative is opening space for additional industry members in 2025. The Pharmacy Growth Collaborative Experience

The Pharmacy Growth Collaborative (PGC) is a 2.5-day experience designed exclusively for forward-thinking pharmacy executives and their industry partners. Each Forum explores timely challenges and emerging opportunities through peer-driven dialogue, real-world case studies, and strategic insights into the evolving healthcare landscape.

Recent topics include:

Seasons of a Chief Pharmacy Officer: A panel of CPOs at different career stages shared insights on leadership evolution—highlighting lessons learned, personal transitions, and the next generation’s leadership needs in health system pharmacy.

The Future of Specialty Pharmacy: With growth and complexity accelerating, this session explored emerging models, value-based trends, and how top-performing systems are building high-impact specialty pharmacy strategies.

Rethinking PBM Strategy: Banner Health leaders pulled back the curtain on pharmacy benefit management, examining shifting models like Pharmacy Benefit Administrators (PBAs), regulatory pressures, and how managed care pharmacy is being reimagined.

Operational Innovation at Fairview: Fairview Health Services outlined its multi-pronged strategy to optimize care through home infusion, MTM, patient assistance, and integrated clinical services—providing a replicable blueprint for cost-effective pharmacy transformation.

Two speakers are seated on stage in armchairs during a fireside chat at a Health Management Academy event. One speaker gestures while speaking, and the other listens attentively. The backdrop features The Academy logo, and audience members are seated at round tables, watching the discussion in a professional conference setting.
