The Vice President, Finance Forum Experience

The VP of Finance Forum is a 2.5-day, collaborative experience built for senior finance executives navigating the future of health system performance. The Health Management Academy’s Fall 2025 Forum will bring together financial leaders and industry partners to explore emerging models, exchange real-world solutions, and tackle today’s most pressing fiscal challenges.

Planned topics include:

Strategic Planning in a Shifting Financial Environment: Members will share frameworks for long-term financial sustainability—from capital planning to service line alignment—while facing growing costs and evolving payment models.

Technology’s Role in Core Finance Operations: Health systems will spotlight how they're using automation, AI, and data analytics to boost team efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and navigate workforce constraints.

Today’s Cash Flow Challenges, Tomorrow’s Margin Strategy: With wage inflation and supply chain pressures persisting, sessions will surface real-world tactics finance leaders are using to stabilize operations and protect margins.

Growth Through Access Transformation: Finance executives will explore how to partner across clinical and operational teams to redesign patient access strategies that drive utilization and unlock new revenue streams.

Washington Policy Briefing: A timely update from The Academy Advisors will break down federal policy shifts and implications for reimbursement, budgeting, and capital strategy heading into 2026.
