Investing in a Culture of Equity: 3 Culture Paths
While buy-in is necessary to make health equity a strategic imperative, ensuring alignment on strategy execution requires us to move beyond surface-level buy-in towards culture change. We highlight health equity vital signs across 3 primary culture paths that support building and sustaining an organizational culture of equity. These paths are not mutually exclusive—each of these paths must be tended to at the same time for the entire system to embody a culture of equity.
