This year’s Spring CSO Forum—held in mid-April at the Omni PGA Frisco near Dallas—featured a dozen insightful sessions on topics including healthcare’s AI-enabled future, the challenges health systems face in getting their message across in Washington, and strategic choices involved in the industry-wide transition to outpatient care. A unifying theme was that “business as usual” is ending, and CSOs have the tough task of inventing a new playbook for a rapidly changing future.
