  • Henry Ford Health is launching a population health subsidiary called Populance, which will serve as an extension of the dozens of case management programs run by the system and its provider-sponsored plan.

    • Populance has been operating internally for some time: the subsidiary’s president, Dr. Chris Stanley, has been listed in that position on LinkedIn since April 2023.

    • The new spinoff will have 150 employees and currently serves 600K patients.
