Ascension named Saurabh Tripathi the executive vice president and CFO. Mr. Tripathi has more than 25 years of executive experience including time as CFO and treasurer of Highmark Health, where he led growth initiatives and increased access to care.

Michael Reagin has been named executive vice president and chief technology officer of Banner Health. In the newly created role, he will be responsible for IT, data strategy and digital transformation.

Karen Keady, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, has been named System Chief Nursing Officer for Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). She will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations for the Vanderbilt Health system.
