The Academy Advisors executes a multi-part strategy, including:

  • Developing a data-driven body of evidence to generate talking points and messaging to informs a positive health system value narrative

  • Implementing a coordinated communications strategy and a collective voice reinforcing the value of health systems

  • Positioning health system CXOs as trusted partners, willing to help policymakers solve issues

  • Participating in a peer network of GROs to share best-practices and lessons learned to improve advocacy outcomes.
