The Remote ERG’s mission is to empower remote employees to thrive in their careers by fostering a supportive community that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and connection. We aim to create an inclusive environment where remote workers can share resources, exchange ideas, and build relationships, ensuring every team member feels valued and engaged, no matter where they are.


The RERG partners with The Health Management Academy teams and leadership to foster and inclusive environment where remote team members can thrive. The group’s objectives include

  • Facilitating relationship building and community amongst remote employees.

  • Provide space for feedback on the remote employee and hybrid office experience and ways to better the experience.

  • Provide space for remote managers to discuss guidance and resources for managing their team.

  • Create a network for remote team members to explore tools and best practices for career advancement.
