Not Receiving Emails? Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps to fix common issues.

At The Health Management Academy, we want to ensure that you receive all important communications and updates. If you suspect you're not receiving emails as expected, the following troubleshooting steps can help resolve common issues.


Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
  1. Search for @hmacademy.com in your spam or junk folder.

  2. If found, mark emails as “Not Spam” to prevent future filtering.


Adjust Your Email Filters - Outlook users

Your personal or company filters may be blocking our emails. To ensure delivery, add your @hmacademy.com contacts to your Safe Senders list.

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Email Options.

  2. Add the email address to the "Safe Senders" list.


Adjust Your Email Filters - Gmail users (Two Options)

Your personal or company filters may be blocking our emails. To ensure delivery, add your @hmacademy.com contacts to your Safe Senders list.

Option 1

  1. Open Google Apps (upper-right corner) > Contacts.

  2. Click Create Contact > Enter the email address > Save.

Option 2:

  1. Go to Setting > Filters and Blocked Addresses.

  2. Create a new filter > Add @hmacademy.com contacts.

  3. Check the box: Never Send to Spam > Create Filter.


Verify Email Address on File

Ensure that we have the correct email address by contacting us directly.
