In mid-April, Elevance announced a new strategic partnership with the private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, with plans to form a new company by bringing together assets from Elevance’s provider arm Carleon Health and two CD&R portfolio companies: apree health and Millenium Physician Group (MPG).
